I read every response before our session. It means we can skip the warm-up and spend the time on what actually matters.
Six questions. Takes about fifteen minutes. No right answers — just honest ones.
Your details — so I know who I’m reading about before we meet.
First instinct is usually the right one.
Not your job title — what’s actually going on in your work or career at the moment.
Something happened, or something’s been building. What is it?
Not what you think the session promises — what do you personally need to walk away with?
Career advice, recruiters, conversations with your manager, other coaches — whatever you’ve done.
If nothing comes to mind immediately, that’s fine. Write down what came up when you read the question. That’s usually the answer.
Look back at the choices you’ve made — the roles you took, the ones you didn’t. What pattern do you see?
